How ordering works at Nicole Secret

We built our shop around one idea: the things that matter most deserve a personal touch. Here's exactly what happens when you order.

1. Browse at your own pace

You don't need an account. Add anything you like to your bag. It stays saved on your phone or computer until you check out.

2. Check out

Tell us your name, your phone (WhatsApp) number and your delivery address. We save your order with a unique reference (it looks like NS-261015-K7QXP), and our system re-checks every price so your total is always correct.

3. Pay by bank transfer

Your payment page shows our account details and the amount for your products. Transfer it, using your order reference as the narration if your bank app allows it. Then tap “I've Made Payment”: WhatsApp opens with your order typed out. Attach your transfer receipt or screenshot and press Send.

4. We check, then quote delivery

Once we've seen your payment in our account, we confirm your order and send you the delivery fee on WhatsApp. Pay it the same way, and we dispatch your order as soon as that payment is confirmed too. We never take card payments on the website.
