If there's a problem
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, message us on WhatsApp 0810 341 3206 or email nicolejohngeorge@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order reference and a photo, and we'll work it out with you.
Hygiene
Because many of our products are for intimate use, we can't resell items that have been opened. Please keep products sealed until you're ready to use them.
