Terms & Conditions
Orders and payment
When you check out, we save your order and show you our bank details. You pay for your products by bank transfer and send us your receipt on WhatsApp. Your order is confirmed only after we've seen your payment in our account.
Delivery
Delivery is charged separately from your products. Once your product payment is confirmed, we work out the delivery fee and send it to you on WhatsApp. We dispatch your order once the delivery payment is confirmed too.
Prices
Prices are shown in Nigerian naira (₦). Our system checks every price when you check out; the product total on your payment page is the amount to pay.
Adults-only products
Our sexual wellness range is for adults aged 18 and over. By confirming your age you tell us you are 18 or older.
Using our products
Please read each product's label and safety information before use. Our team offers product guidance, not medical advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
