Who we are

What we collect
When you place an order: your name, phone (WhatsApp) number, delivery address, city, state and country, and (if you choose) delivery notes and an email address for a copy of your order and updates about it, plus the products in your order. We only email you about that order.
When you request a consultation: the name you'd like us to use, your WhatsApp number, your chosen topic and contact preference, and optionally your email and a short message. We ask you not to share medical details in the form.
When you review a product: your order number and WhatsApp number, only to check that you bought it (they are never shown), plus your star rating and comment. Reviews are published only after we approve them, under your first name and last initial, or simply as a verified buyer if you prefer.
You pay by bank transfer to our account; we never take card payments or store bank or card details. Payment receipts you send us on WhatsApp stay in WhatsApp and are never uploaded to the website. We don't require you to create an account.
Why we use it
Only to handle your order or consultation: to confirm it with you, arrange delivery and answer your questions. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it
Our website and order system run on trusted service providers (website hosting, application hosting, database, image storage, email delivery and error monitoring). When something breaks on the website, the error, the page address (without any private part of the link) and your browser type are sent to PostHog so we can fix it; this uses no cookies and doesn't track what you browse. When you message us, WhatsApp (Meta) handles that conversation under its own privacy terms.
On your device
Your shopping bag, your wishlist and your 18+ confirmation are saved in your own browser so they're there when you come back. See our Cookie Policy.
How long we keep it
We keep order and consultation records only as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. Contact us on WhatsApp 0810 341 3206 or email nicolejohngeorge@gmail.com and we'll respond as soon as we can.
